Dear Mr. Reeve:  My wife and I would like to take this opportunity to extend our gratitude for the class professionalism shown by Mike Witte in the sale of our last two Lexus automobiles. Both cars were purchased within the last two months. In fact, his knowledge and exceptional customer services prompted us to recommend him to two additional clients who also purchased a Lexus from Performance. It is not often, especially since I speak from experience being involved in the automotive industry, that a salesman demonstrates such a unique ability to make a person feel "special". Mike has done this and beyond. Negotiations are never a part of the purchasing process that people enjoy. I personally am a very difficult person to please and dealing with me is not always a situation many people want to be placed in. Mike met this challenge head-on and when I say he made me feel as if we had been doing business for years, that would be an understatement. If this gentleman is any indication of how all sales personnel approach their job at Performance, I would have to say that your organization ranks as one of the most highly regarded Lexus dealers in the United States when it comes to customer satisfaction. Excellent facility, but it's the treatment by the staff and exspecially our salesperson that we enjoy dealing with(bought 3 cars from Janet and will return when we're ready for our next vehicle). We really appreciate dealing with our sales professional (Janet Bogan). She has always been very knowledgeable, very honest and straightforward. We've leased 3 vehicles from her and will lease/buy future vehicles from her. We also appreciate the service we receive from the dealership and the quality of the Lexus vehicles.
