Dear Sir,

I am writing this letter to share with you my recent experience with Performance Lexus and specifically, Terry Lowry, as I purchased my new 2008 Lexus RX 350.

As a previous Lexus owner, I had completed the research on this new vehicle via the Dayton Auto Show, local dealerships, and the internet.  I contacted five Lexus dealerships within a 1-hour radius of my residence in order to begin negotiations and after careful consideration, decided upon Performance Lexus.

Performance Lexus was by far the most responsive to my initial communication as well as remaining exceptionally responsive and thorough, answering all of my questions throughout the entire purchasing process, right through to the final delivery.  Terry Lowry was my contact from the beginning, and he has exceeded my expectations in every way imaginable. (Not easy to do, as I am Sales Director and have very high expectations!)

Terry was well-informed, very professional, prompt in his responsiveness, and proactive in his approach to meeting my particular needs with personal, to-my-home delivery of the new vehicle. This was especially helpful as I travel extensively and had little time for coordinating the paperwork and the vehicle pick up.  Terry's work ethic and willingness to go "above and beyond" to serve his customer is quite evident, and I would recommend him to any and all that inquire.

Overall, I could not be more pleased with my Lexus RX 350 and with my experience with Performance Lexus.

I just wanted to drop a note acknowledging John's outstanding Customer service.  My wife, Ingrid, purchased an RX350 from him last month, and it was the most pleasant car buying experience we ever had. 
Later in December, I also purchased an RX350 from John.  I was considering other dealerships in the area in order to find the color and features I wanted, but I was reassured that I would work with a dealer I trusted when John called me to let me know he just received the exact model I was looking and that he would hold it for me.
Going into this process, we were waffling between BMW and Lexus.  The Lexus buying experience and John's stellar customer service have turned Ingrid and I into loyal Lexus consumers.

This is my second Lexus purchased at Performance Lexus.  Ralph Sells, sales manager has been awesome to deal with.  He has always made our buying experience enjoyable.  Out of all the car dealerships we’ve dealt with over the years, Ralph Sells has always been rated #1 for us and does a wonderful job with all his customers.  We will defiantly return!

I love my Lexus! I have never owned another vehicle that I have enjoyed this much! I have not had an ounce of problems with it and cannot say the same of other cars. I left Cadillac and came to Lexus because of customer service and the quality of the vehicle! I will be back (only after I drive the wheels off this one first!)

The “car buying” buying experience at Performance Lexus  was amazing.  I was treated like a “high roller”. I have to say I love driving my new IS 250.  Experience of buying a Lexus from Performance Lexus was outstanding and I hate to say this since my car has less than 1000 miles on it… but I can’t wait to buy my next one.  Salesman, Frank Winstel, was a true professional and exceeded expectations down to the last detail.  I could not have been more pleased with the car buying experience at Performance Lexus.

I have to say that you do not fit the stereotype of a car-salesman/woman!  Perhaps the strongest reason I decided to stick on getting the 350 from Performance Lexus was because of you, even though we could not do it the first time we met due to the quote for my trade-in (something out of your control).  I really liked the way you treated me when we first met and also, I noticed your attention to details (you had your “notes” about everything I mentioned regarding the 330 and what I was looking for in a car; that was really impressive!).
