I showed up on time and the service department was very busy. Phyllis is a very professional service advisor. She’s been there for quite some time at performance Lexus. I bought this RX 350 used from one owner and Phyllis was a service advisor for this car with them. Everything about performance Lexus is first class. Be sure to ask for Jacob as your mechanic when you go there. He’s a good mechanic.

I arrived 15 minutes early, but my check-in with Taylor was prompt and efficient. She explained the intended service to me, the price, asked if I had any questions, then personally escorted me to my loaner car and explained the set-up to me since it was a different model that I was used to driving.
