My experience at Performance Lexus was fantastic, despite my initial concern about the axle on my 2019 Lexus NX300. I had only scheduled an oil change, but when the Tech discovered the axle was leaking and deemed unsafe to drive, I was worried about both the safety and the cost of replacement. I quickly contacted my advisor, Taylor, and informed her that I had purchased an extended warranty. She asked me to contact the dealer where I had bought the car last year, and I did so. I received the warranty information, and Taylor took over the process. Taylor was incredibly helpful and efficient. Within a few minutes, she returned with a smile, assuring me that everything was covered and that I was in good hands. While my car was being repaired, she even arranged for me to use a courtesy car. I was pleasantly surprised by the speed of the repair. Overall, I had a wonderful experience at Performance Lexus and highly recommend their service. Thank you for making my car safe and reliable again.

1st time Lexus shopper. Happened accidentally when a used vehicle we saw online didn't work out. Thought we'd check out the showroom while we were there, and we both really liked the UX300h hatchback. Incredible product, after 2 months of looking it turned out to be the one. Decided to downsize from the cliche mom suburban SUV to something fun, agile and yet still practical for 95+% of what we do day to day. 45MPG too. It was 5-10,000 less than the Passports, Pilots, 4runners etc that we'd been looking at too. I hadn't been in a modern Lexus product and was amazed at the ride, build quality and interior fit and finish for something "entry level." Doug was our salesman and was awesome. He was very patient with us when we had question/concerns based on earlier bad car buying experiences. The financing folks were low pressure on the add on options and the tech team spent 30-40 minutes teaching me everything I needed to know about the car's technology before we left. All in all a great experience and I expect we'll be repeat customers.
