Phyllis rocks! I brought my GS350 to Performance Lexus for an exhaust leak and brake squeal. Phyllis was very quick to communicate the Technicians findings. Unfortunately, the exhaust leak was not repairable with out several replacement parts. $$$$$$ shew, it was one hell of an estimate. Phyllis understood the pricing concern and recommended an exhaust shop to complete the repairs. She nailed it. They were great (Flowtech Customs). Super quick and affordable. Now that the exhaust is repaired, I will be taking the car back to see Phyllis to take care of the brakes. I have no doubt that this will be another enjoyable trip to Performance Lexus. Keep an eye out for Phyllis and grab her as your Service Advisor. She is refreshingly friendly and provides you with everything you come to expect when servicing your Lexus. Michael Kaminske is spectacular. I always hope I get him whenever I bring my vehicle in. He totally understands the concept of hospitality versus service. Service is expected. Hospitality is rare and unexpected these days, and he is definitely more hospitality. From the minute he greets me - to asking if there’s anything else I need done - to how fast/easy he makes the process - to asking if I would like it washed - to staying in touch with me the entire time he has the vehicle - capped off by him walking me to my vehicle - and his sincere thank you and goodbye.
