I love every time I come here. The service is great the people are friendly my advisor Eric is the best. Traded my BMW in for a Lexus and we the best thing to do. These guys at Lexus instantly treat you like family and keep you informed the entire time!

Appts are always on time and the process seems to run like a well oiled machine so far. Easy to make online appts or change them if needed. Courteous staff and regular text updates as needed on the car’s progress. In and out for an oil change and routine maintenance in about an hour to hour and a half. Lovely comfortable waiting room OR just run over to Costco and look around to kill time :) I work with Josh who is helpful and works to get you in and out of there without feeling rushed. Things are explained as needed.

We were having an issue with our vehicle. Scheduled an appointment to have it looked at as well as a regular service. Eric stayed in communication with me the entire time. We chose to purchase from Lexus due to a promise of service. They delivered. Eric in the service department helped and was able to get the issue resolved . When it wasn't done the same day he made sure to get us a loaner vehicle. Service here beyond the purchase isn't just a saying it's a guarantee. Keep up the great work!
