Josh is my Lexus service coordinator. He has always been helpful in explaining to my understanding, excellent customer service —warm and welcoming and knowledgeable, kind yet professional. I have great respect for him and he has kindly returned my calls in a timely fashion. Service prices seem a bit high to me however with that said, service has always been excellent and I appreciate the extra amenities. So it is worth it to me.

Update: August, 2026 We scheduled a service appointment for Monday and dropped our car off Sunday evening, leaving the key fob in the designated drop-off slot. We did not hear anything from Performance Lexus on Monday, so we called to check on the status of our vehicle. At that point, we were told that no work had been done and, even more concerning, they could not locate our key fob. We expected better communication and organization from a Lexus dealership. The lack of communication throughout the day, combined with the fact that our key fob could not be located, was very disappointing. Had to fight like xxxx to get a fob and now they lose it.

This is my second vehicle that my wife and I have purchased from Roderick Hubble, I was initially planning to buy The Cadillac but it didn’t feel right so I test drove the Lexus NX and as soon as I got it on the highway it was over, I was sold on Lexus. Ease in scheduling. Waiting area is a bonus; choice of gym, business area, television room, quiet room, or outdoor patio. Free snacks and drinks. Price of service is a little higher than other providers.
