Remote Service through Performance Lexus

1. Call 513-677-4590 or schedule online.
2. In addition to your Service Appointment time, you will receive a 4-hour window for pickup. The best news is you aren’t required to sit around for the entire 4 hours.
3. When our delivery specialist leaves on his/her way to your home or place of work, you will be notified by text.
4. You will then be able to track the driver’s location through your phone all of the way to the pickup location.
5. You can track your delivery specialist as they bring your vehicle into our service center.
6. You will receive a video inspection by one of our factory-trained technicians.
7. You will be able to approve and decline recommended work from your phone.
8. You will be able to pay through your phone.
9. Once your vehicle is finished, you will receive a notification when it has left the service department and you can track the delivery specialist back to your home or work!
10. Our delivery specialist will sanitize all high touch surfaces of your vehicle when dropped off.
